We teach students of all ages (from 6 years
old) and abilities including many adults.
We teach:
basic combinations..punches / blocks / kicks
katas...various levels
sparring (kumite)...for ALL grades
pad work...large and small pads / otogui
take downs...throws / sweeps / strangles /
arm locks
weapons (safely)...rubber / plastic knives
/ tonfas / sticks / wooden swords
partner work...with various grades and sizes
We have a great atmosphere for training and
you will be made very welcome by everyone. We
are very full at present with 65 members, with
40 training at any one time. If you ring up,
we will see if we have any spaces available
